• Shipping and tracking data from Shippo, including carrier delivery confirmations.

• Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, including holding funds in escrow and releasing them according to the terms of each deal.
• Monitor shipment tracking and trigger the 72-hour auto-release countdown upon confirmed delivery.
• Send transactional emails related to your deals (payment confirmation, shipment updates, funds released, etc.).
• Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Improve and maintain the Slabrr platform.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

Slabrr does not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With the other party in a transaction, to the extent necessary to complete the deal (e.g., sharing a shipping address with the Seller).
• With service providers who help us operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Shippo (shipment tracking), Resend (transactional email), and Lovable (hosting).
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Slabrr or its users.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Slabrr's assets, in which case users will be notified.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.
